Our Master Massage Therapist Sheri has been a massage therapist for eleven years and worked at various spas and resorts in the area. She has also worked closely with chiropractors and physical therapists helping car accident patients. Neck, shoulders, low back and sciatica are her specialties. She has been on tour and has worked on pro athletes, personal trainers and body guards as well as clients ranging in age from 3 to 93.

Deep Tissue Targets deeper muscles, layer by layer to address muscle tension. Customized for your needs, using varying modalities and pressure. It can be full body or focused on specific areas of the body. [30 minutes - $40, 60 minutes - $70, 90 minutes - $100]
Therapeutic Massage While still relaxing, this more focused massage is designed to relieve muscles that are in spasm, reduce pain and increase range of motion. It can be full body or focused on specific muscle groups. Light to medium to firm pressure may be used as the client and muscles require to achieve the desired result. Advanced massage techniques may include compression, friction, trigger point therapy, directed energy, facilitated stretching, heat/ice therapy and isometrics. Lymphatic Massage Lymphatic massage, also known as lymphatic drainage, is a gentle form of massage that stimulates the lymphatic system to improve metabolism, promote the removal of bodily toxins and waste, and encourages a healthy immune system.
