As of Friday, May 15th, we are happy to be opening our business again for service operations and product sales. Below is important information on our current service offerings and the extreme sanitation measures we are taking to everyone's safety.
We are offering all the services. All services will be by appointment only. No walk-ins allowed.

During this phase, guests who visit Facial Expressions will likely be coming into immediate contact with only Master Esthetician (Sheetal Patel). 1 service provider to 1 customer and no waiting in the hallways. Guest will have to wait outside of Mattison Avenue or in their car until their appointment time is ready. We believe that our service location is a relatively safe place to be, as we are dramatically limiting any risk of wide community spread.
Service provider will be wearing masks for your protection. For service provider's protection during this phase, we are asking all guests to wear masks at all times, except when receiving facial or face waxing services.
We are asking all guests with a compromised immune system, to please stay at home at this time. Just to be extra safe and cautious. We welcome all healthy guests outside of this high-risk group to come visit us.
Facial Expressions always strives to keep a clean, sterile and sanitary environment for our guests and service provider. We always follow and exceed all strict sanitary policies and procedures as required by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation for esthetic services. All tools, utensils, magnifying lamps, and other such supplies are all sterilized prior to each use. All linens are washed with soap, bleach, and agitation, and dried completely and thoroughly on high heat, which acts to sterilize the linens prior to each use. During this time, we are taking extra special care to sanitize door handles, pens, clip boards, restrooms, fixtures, and all other touch points consistently throughout the day with sanitary wipes. And of course, service provider hands are washed and sterilized consistently and thoroughly before every touch or interaction.
As an extra precaution, we will not be offering robes at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience or changes to the typical experience.
For the safety of our guests, any guests who have any symptoms of fever, cough, shortness of breath, sinus issues or other related symptoms, or who have possibly come into contact with anyone showing these symptoms, will not be permitted at Facial Expressions until symptoms are completely gone and doctor clearance is provided. We may also request to take guest’s temperatures for the safety of all, and we reserve the right to refuse appointments to any guests with a fever, cough, or other symptoms. Additionally, we will be asking all guests to sign an assumption of risk and waiver of liability form. Thank you for your cooperation on these matters.

Due to the reserved time allocated, we require a credit card information before making your reservation. Failure to notify us before 24 hours or no show will cause us to charge 50% of the services.
