Cancellation Policy

You must put a card on file when booking.
My cancellation policy is that you please cancel at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel within the 24 hour time period, you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you are 15 minutes or less late to your appointment, your service will be shortened by how many minutes you were late.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
